Beautiful scenic course
Our annual 5k winds through the neighborhoods surrounding Nayatt School and along the banks of the Barrington River.
The race is USATF sanctioned and the course is certified.
The family 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk will take place before the 5K in the Rumstick Village neighborhood around the school.
Full day of fun for all ages
We expect over 1200 participants and spectators to take part in a full day of activities including: a family run/walk, the 5K run/walk, 50-yard dash fun runs, sponsor’s showcase and raffles. It will be a fun day focused on family and health, and runners of all levels, as well as walkers, are encouraged to join in.
Fund children’s programs
The race is organized by the Nayatt PTO. All proceeds from the event will help fund programs for Nayatt School children, including, but not limited to, the following: classroom equipment and playground purchases, physical education programs, STEAM and Cultural Enrichment performances, music and language classes, library book purchases, and much more.
