2025 Sponsorship Summary

Organized by the Nayatt School PTO, Annual Nayatt School 5K, 1-Mile Family Fun Run and Children’s Dash will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025. The race is USATF sanctioned and the course is certified. The course winds through the Nayatt School neighborhood and along the beautiful Barrington River. The day starts with the 1-Mile Family Fun Run, followed by the Children’s 50 Yard Dash and we finish with the 5K. In addition to the races, company-sponsored booths will display products and services to the anticipated 1,200+ participants and spectators. Booths will be provided on a first- come, first-served basis to our Platinum, Gold and Silver level sponsors as our space is limited to just 14 tables.

GOLD LEVEL – $1,000

  • Second-tier placement (medium) of your company’s logo on race t-shirts*, social media posts,, and day of registration forms

  • Six (6) complimentary race entries 

SILVER LEVEL – $500

  • Third-tier placement (small) of your company’s logo on race t-shirts*, social media posts, event posters, and day of registration forms, and race website
  • Race day exhibit space
  • Opportunity to include your informational or promotional material in our race bags (200 race bags)**
  • Four (4) complimentary race entries

BRONZE LEVEL– $250

  • Your company, organization name (not logo) or family name will be listed on the race t-shirt* and social media posts
  • Two (2) complimentary race entries

FRIEND OF THE RUN – DONATIONS UNDER $250

  • Your company name, organization or family name listed on social media posts

DEADLINES TO CONSIDER
**Sponsors donating $500 and above:  In order to have your logos included on the race T-shirt, pledges and the logo must be received by March 2nd. In order to include anything in the race bags, items for the race bags must be received by April 6th.
